Referral: Intake appointments are offered at 160 West 86th Street and 1090 St. Nicholas Avenue locations and are scheduled by telephone. To schedule an initial appointment, call the location of choice to speak with the Reception desk. Please have your insurance information ready.
Insurance: The Clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare and several Managed Care Plans (Commercial plans, Medicaid plans and Medicare Advantage).

The Clinic offers an out-of-pocket fee, based on a sliding scale, for uninsured persons. There is a flat fee of $35 for the initial Intake evaluation and a $45 flat fee for a psychiatric evaluation (if one is needed). Individual fees thereafter are set on a sliding scale, based on proof of income (i.e. W2 , Pay stub).
