Community-based juvenile diversion program at Outreach House in Ridgewood. Offers long-term residential substance abuse treatment to youth ages 12-17. Program is designed to address the needs of substance using adolescents who are experiencing problems in multiple life domains. It integrates a full-day of on-site NYC Department of Education schooling with counseling services.

Outreach also has an evening and after school outpatient program for youth that offers a range of substance abuse treatment and mental health options.

Outreach Academy is an intensive day outpatient program for middle school aged youth. Outreach Academy targets young adolescents, between the ages of 12 and 16, who are in the New York City Middle School system. Eligible students must present with substance abuse treatment needs, and/or have a family member who has a history of substance abuse.
